**Participation in an open election forum is a privilege of membership**

ARTICLE IX    ELECTION OF OFFICERS

At every other annual meeting, the organization will elect from its membership a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, tournament director and parliamentarian. These officers shall be elected and installed. These elections must take place at the annual meeting. The term of office will commence on the eve of the national meeting.
