Eligibility
   * All Pro Duffer, USA members in good standing with a minimum of three years prior to date of the     scheduled election and have held a principle officer position in a local chapter are eligible for nomination and election to a national office.
    * Nomination may be submitted by self-interested members, other members or as a Chapter consensus nominee. In the later two categories the member being nominated must agree to accept  the nomination.
    * Members are limited to  seeking nomination for only one office.
    * To avoid appearance of possible conflict of interest, nominees for President currently serving      as a chapter president will be asked to relinquish the Chapter Presidency within 60 days if elected National President.
     * To the greatest extent possible consideration will be given to maintain a broad range of Chapter representation in the National Officer structure. Ideally no single Chapter will fill more than one position.
